The king of Ethiopian stews. Slow-cooked chicken drumsticks in a rich, spicy berbere sauce with hard-boiled eggs.

VEGGIE BEYAYNETU

A vibrant selection of plant-based favorites including Misir Wot, Gomen, and Kik Alicha served on fresh Injera.

AUTHENTIC KITFO

Finely minced beef seasoned with mitmita and infused with niter kibbeh. Served with ayibe cottage cheese and gomen.
